The breath opens a doorway to the innate Resonance of Peace and Divine Consciousness that lives within each of us. The Breath used consciously can open and activate spiritual centers within the body and being. When used from a place of Conscious Intention, the breath plays a powerful role in manifesting the life you love and opening to reveal your Hearts Bliss.

What is 'The Conscious Breath'?

The Conscious Breath is a powerful tool to assist you to invite stillness and silence into your life. Silence and Stillness are the stepping stones to Beingness and Presence. Presence is a state of being where you are Divinely connected and consciously aware in each moment and Presence is a gateway into Divine Consciousness. The Conscious Breath supports you to access this state of Presence and Divine Consciousness.

On a more detailed in-depth level, Conscious Breath or 'Pranayama'* is used to tune into the breath and breathing patterns. It is a way to become conscious and fully present to the moment through the breath. Through the use of techniques and practices one can assist in opening to the Divine Presence and vital life force or ‘Prana* that is found within the breath. The Breath is a gateway into Prana; the vital Divine life force or 'Qi'*or Chi and is a way that this Prana is distributed throughout the body and Being. Prana is one of the primary ways that the Spirit inhabits the physical body, Prana being a gateway between the physical and the spiritual, form and formless. Prana is food; nourishment for both the physical and spiritual bodies and when Breath work is practiced with consciousness it can assist in physical health within the body as well as open doorways on the path to Awakening, enlightenment and Liberation.

Nikita has been trained in the subtle art of Pranayama and now brings this wisdom into her work with The Conscious Breath.
